PINPOINTING THE IDEAL COMMUNITY An international building supply company asked us to house several trainees in Atlanta, GA., Glendale, AZ, Omaha NE and Jeffersonville, IN. They needed these apartments to be near their stores, as the employees would be flying in to these locations. Our search, in this case, included finding comfortable accommodations that were convenient to their worksite. INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENTS A Major Medical Supplier sent Pharmacy Technicians to a large number of their stores THROUGHOUT the country for summer training. We needed to not only locate apartments for them but to ensure local public transportation back and forth from work for these trainees. HOME OFFICE TRAINING An International Electronics Firm based in New Jersey asked us to maintain several short-term apartments for their executives visiting from overseas, as well as their trainees, rather than renting local hotel rooms for a six-week term. IF IT'S RENTABLE, WE'LL FIND IT!! A healthcare provider in Denver CO relocated two Registered Nurses to a small West Virginia community for three months. Since their employees would be "On Call", they would be expected to respond within 15-20 minutes. To the Customer's surprise, we located a beautiful "in-law" apartment, even though housing in this area was quite limited. 24 HOUR SERVICE The Vice President of Finance of a worldwide computer software firm saw our website. He, personally, emailed us from Japan. We arranged for a limousine service to meet him at JFK Airport in New York. The driver had already delivered his supplies to his apartment in Manhattan, secured his keys and was waiting for him upon his arrival after midnight. MEETING SPECIAL FAMILY NEEDS A physician, her husband and two small children were relocating from their home in Longview, TX to Rochester, MN. While awaiting completion of their new home, which would take a few months, we provided them with a townhouse in the district they had requested within walking distance to the elementary school. EXTRA TOUCHES The employees of a major sporting goods manufacturer asked us to stock the refrigerator and the pantry with particular health foods, to arrange for membership in a specific health club and to order spring water and flowers to be delivered weekly for their St. Louis, MO apartments. WORKING FROM HOME? A major Commercial Bank sent half of its is data processing department to Maine for six months to work on a special project. We not only located these apartments in the middle of a cold northern winter; but each had a room set aside as an office complete with desk, file cabinets, six phone lines, fax machine, photocopier and a local answering service. ROOM TO BREATHE A Military employee, transferring from Germany to Seattle, needed a three-bedroom apartment, as he could not secure base housing. We suggested a choice in the city of Renton, a suburb. He was delighted to be able to live in a more "countrified" environment where his kids could play outdoors.
